What are essential tools, every local government organization should have on their public facing Web Map? I know of one, which is a tool to generate Mailing Labels from selected parcels, any others?

I've navigated to your public facing web map. I've seen your suite of tools you have available - thanks for sharing. Your 'Get Street View' tool is great to provide 'on the ground' context.
