Drone2Map is released at the same time as ArcGIS Pro, so this blog https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-pro/announcements/discover-whats-new-in-arcgis-pro-2-7/ includes a reference to Drone2Map v2.3.
The software will prompt you to download the new version, or you can download from My Esri.
