Survey 123 Connect wont connect

Question

I am attempting to add existing data to a survey as a base map. I would like to utilize imagery and points in order for users to navigate to the site to collect information in the survey form.

From what I understand this can be achieved in Survey 123 Connect, however, connect will not connect. It just sits and spins and "not responding".

Any help would be appreciated.

You can configure your survey to use a mobile map package in two ways:

* Copy your mmpk into the media folder of your survey and publish it. If you follow this method, anyone downloading your survey will automatically download your mmpk as well.
* Link your mmpk to your survey using the Link Content tab in Survey123 Connect. If you follow this method users will need to manually download the mmpk from the Survey123 app.

Ok, sorry, it just dawned on me that it may be a firewall issue. The connection issue is resolved but any tips on using map packages with survey 123 would be appreciated.
