Yeh, there's a handy way via ArcGIS Administrator:
'Add Portal Connections' section - Manage ArcMap portal connections—ArcMap | Documentation (arcgis.com)
signing in via arcmap will then list your portal content when configured via ArcGIS Administrator.

In ArcMap, go to File->ArcGIS online and add it in via the popup possibly.
