Capital Project Planning solution for Arcgis Online only?

Question

I am looking to re-deploy the Capital Planning solution set in a newly installed version of Portal instead of our Online organization.  After a quick update of Pro and the deployment tool, I do not see the capital planning solution in the deployment list.

Did this solution set move to an Online only deployment or is there still a way to deploy to Enterprise?

It looks like it is only available on AGOL at this point.
