Final notification before sending a survey

Hello,

Does Survey123 provide any means to create a final notification (e. g. a security question) when sending a survey? So, when hitting the "Submit" button a notification shall be raised that informs of empty (but not mandatory) questions and asks, if the survey shall nevertheless be submitted.

I do this with a Summary page as the last page of the form.  Some are warnings in red font and some are hard stops.  

I also do some inline emojis so the user has instant feedback vs waiting until the end.  I have a how to post on this.
