How do I migrate an ArcGis Linux Red Hat server to a Windows 2019 server?

Good Morning everyone. My name is Donna and I'm new to this community.

Our ArcGis is on a RHEL 5.x server and as per Red Hat the extended life cycle support for RHEL 5.11 ended 11/30. Does anyone know how I can migrate from our Linux Red Hat server to a Windows server?
