How to Share my Dashboard with teams in my organization that do not have logins

Hello,

I want to securely share my dashboard with teams inside my organization who do not have ArcOnline logins. We are using dashboards as a reporting system for the construction, permitting, and accounting teams but it seems that my only option for sharing is to make it public, which would expose sensitive information. Is there any other way?

I have read a ton of posts but have found no direct answer to my issue.

I recently posted a question that I think is closely related to this post.

I would like to know if it is possible that other members of my organization can see a Dashboard without entering the username and password (the reason is because this Dashboard is embedded in a web). They have a "viewer" account at AGOL. We have tried it by token but we did not get it.

There are exactly 3 solutions:

* purchase more viewer users for AGOL
* make it publicly available
* switch to ArcGIS Enterprise...you can create as many viewer users as you like for no additional cost
