Closing a Workforce Project?

We used Workforce Classic (very successfully) to support the Washoe County, NV 2020 General Election.  Now that this event is over, does the ESRI community have any recommendations for SOP to close down a Workforce project, but preserve it's history?

I've turned off tracking of Mobile Workers and manually made copies of the Assignments table.

I guess I could remove the Group shares so that no one else can access it.

Anything else I should think about to "close" the project, but preserve it for posterity?

I just unshare all the layers/maps/apps. Remove all users from the group except for admin and that's about it. Deprecating all the bits makes sure they don't turn up in a search when people are looking for layers to add to a map.
