Select a feature with one map click AGOL Dashboard

Question

Just wondering if it's possible to Select a feature in a map with one click, rather than going click feature, then in the pop-up clicking select? I have set up layer actions to filter indicators, charts etc.

Using the Select Tool isn't what I want to use either as using the point selector at large scales selects multiple features when I only want 1 feature selected at a single time.
