ability to recreate specific cache tile by id

It would be nice to be able to rebuild arcgis server cached tiles by submitting a list of tile ids.  This way there is no question which tiles would be recreated.  I would not have to submit any extents or polygons that may slightly overlap tiles that do not need to be recreated.  Much more granular control.  Thank you.
