JavaScript API should be library agnostic

The Javascript API should be library agnostic, so it would be easy to us with any library. We don't need Dojo to do Object oriented javascript.
If someone wants a better js experience should consider Coffeescript.

Having to Dojo is very annoying, considering all the good stuff out there other than Dojo
