ArcGIS for Server 10.3

Question

Hello,

I want to test ArcGIS for Server 10.3. In this context, i am trying to publish a 3D Web Service. How can i publish a 3D Web Service? What kind of data should i use? I published a Globe Service but it seems same as 10.2 Globe Services.

It is at depend what do you want.

There is new scene service in ArcGIS 10.3.
