Portal Request Error under Layers

Question

I get this "RequestError" below under Layers instead of the Layer URL, but if I click on it the service appears and I can c/p REST endpoint, wondering if anyone has the same issue? Or has resolved it? Thanks!

Hi Michael,

* The screen capture looks like the Item Details page for a hosted feature service in Portal, is that right?
* Did the hosted feature service publish correctly and without any issues?
* Can you open and view the hosted feature service in the Portal map viewer?
* What release of Portal for ArcGIS are you using?
* What authentication option did you set for Portal?
* Did you configure your hosting server correctly?
