I published a Map Image Layer and Feature Layer (same map) from Pro to our federated Portal. I configured the Popups on Pro before publishing (rearranged the order, made some not visible and changed the title). When looking at a map of the Map Image Layer through a web browser the Popups work fine. But no Popups pop up when looking at those same Map Image Layers through Explorer on an iPad. However, the Popups work just fine for a Feature Layer in Explorer and Collector.
Anyone got any great ideas?
