Issue with one layer giving "invalid response" in the map layers, causing it not to draw in explorer on both iOS and Android devices. The layer shows up on the web map and app through a workstation, but not mobile. Have signed out, force stop the app, and reset devices. Published the layer again and issue is still there.

Hello Joel,
The storm overview is part of the of our storm utility network layer. The overview shares three features that are also part of storm detail layer. The detail layer has no issues with showing the same data once scaled to it.
