Portal Implementation of AGOL Watersheds Tool?

ArcGIS Online has a Watersheds tool (help page here). Is there a way or an option to implement this locally through one's Portal installation? I'd like to avoid credit usage and utilize the Lidar DEMs we have for our local area.
