Help how do I rectify this error on Web Adaptor?

Greetings all,

Please how do I rectify this error displayed when I try to configure web Adaptor to Portal for ArcGIS...Access to the path 'C:inetpub\wwwroot\nccgisweadaptor\WebAdaptor.config' is denied.

Ensure the current user has read/write access to ...\wwwroot folder (Folder Properties > Permissions).
