"User is not licensed to use Drone2Map" but I am

Hi,

After installing new Drone2Map version 1.0.1 I am getting the error "User is not licensed to use Drone2Map. Please contact your Organization Administrator. "

But I am authorize to use it. No member of our organization can access Drone2Map after update.

Is there any problem with organizational user after update?

Hi @DiegoLlmas

I also faced this problem recently, and found your article in here. Turns out, the problem is my network, because when I use another network it works. What I did:

1. Add arcgis online url to trusted site in internet options; both arcgis.com and my organizational url

2. Allow Drone2Map to communicate through firewall

But I bet yours have already been working:)
