hello,i have 3000 img or tif files,i want to publish them to the mapserver,but i find it has a lot of problems there, for example,out of memory,service can't be started,etc.so is there any good way to solve this problem?thank you

Do you have license for Image Extension for ArcGIS Server? If yes, you could create a Mosaic Dataset in ArcMap. Add the rasters into it. And publish the Mosaic Dataset as an Image Service in ArcGIS Server.
