Map Styler app not picking up Portal basemaps

I'm just looking at the new Map Styler app in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 and it looks like there might be a bug with the basemaps. I was expecting it to pick up the basemaps that we have configured for our Portal but it looks like it is only getting them from ArcGIS Online.

The default basemap is correctly set to use one of our Portal basemaps (as saved in the web map) but the list of other basemaps only contains AGOL ones.

Anybody else have the same issue?
