lat/lon locator for usage in portal for ArcGIS?

I am working in an offline environment using Portal for ArcGIS. The search widget in our Webmap Apps uses the MGRS locator by ESRI and some other custom locators. We also want to enable search for lat/lon. Is there a locator for this available (like MGRS) or is there another way to accomplish this?

Sorry, but this does not really help, I am aware that I have to publish my own locator service, the question was, if there is one available for geographical coordinates (like there is one available for MGRS).

Hi Nikolaus,

If you're working in an offline environment for Portal for ArcGIS, then you will need to provide your own locator service for Portal to use. You can publish your own locator service and register it as a utility service with Portal,

Alternatively, you could purchase this product from Esri: World Geocoder: Put Addresses and Places on a Map which is specifically designed to work in disconnected environments.
