LDAP integration missing email?

The portal is configured to use LDAP. We are able to locate the users from LDAP but it fails to get the email id of the user and we are unable to add any new user.

Any suggestions on how to tackle this issue.

Included the "userEmailAttribute": "mail" parameter.
