Data Not Accessible

Question

I have just downloaded Drone2map application. I have an existing ArcGIS Online account with my organization. After Installation, i tried to log in with my arcgis account but i keep getting a pop up error that says Data Not Accessible : Your configuration is invalid, Please check log file or reinstall the software. After this, another window that says, 'Invalid Client Id': Please contact your organization administrator.

Any help please?

Hello Martinson,

Are you assigned a D2M license on AGOL? If not, go to your AGOL organization page > [License] tab > [Drone2Map] > [Assign] > search your name and click [Assign] and try to log in again.

please make sure that you have creator (previous level 2) / GIS professional user type account first.
