Ideas for deep learning models to train to create a contour vector map

Hello, I'm a new ArcGIS Pro user. I'm trying to train a model that's able to trace contour vectors from historical GeoTIFF maps. I have training data of a feature map consisting of vector lines, but I'm a bit lost in what model / pre-trained model to train.

I don't think my objective falls within the realm of the Object Detection or Pixel Classification models that Esri has available. Is there anything that I'm not seeing, or any open-source models out there that can be trained on?

Yes! I've tried the tool after some pre-processing, but unfortunately, the contours on the raster intersect too much to create contiguous vector lines.

Are you aware of the new extract lines tool that was released in Pro 3.7? There is an equivalent for polygons.
