Existing 3D Building Layer Floating on ArcUrban

Question

Hello,

I've some issue with existing building layer floating on the Urban environment. The building looks fine when viewed on WebScene with an elevation layer but floats in Urban when same elevation layer has been configured as ground elevation. Is this because the building layer is published with 'Absolute Height'? I tried publishing the layer with the 'On the Ground' option but in AGOL we don't have option to view it on the ground.

My building layer is in WKID 4326 and the elevation layer is in WKID 102100 which seems to be the older version of WKID 3857. Does this mean I have to re-publish one layer matching the spatial reference of the other?

Sorry to hear that you are running into issues with your existing buildings layer. To me this looks like some sort of miss match in coordinate system. I assume you are using custom layers. Can you provide more information about the elevation and buildings layer?  Are both layers in the same coordinate reference system?
