Having issues decompressing LAZ file- USGS LiDAR

Hi,

I downloaded a 211,810 KB .LAZ from USGS. I looked up the projection in the metadata to use the Convert LAS tool.

These are the parameters:

ArcPro has been trying to decompress this file for over two hours now. Can anyone help me get this file to decompress, or should I just wait longer?
