Great question, @RobertAnderson3. Yes: Identified spam accounts are deactivated and scrubbed from the reporting numbers shown in these reports. Those nearly 16,000 new accounts in Q3 are indeed real GIS professionals and enthusiasts who've joined everyone else here in Esri Community!

Amazing increases in people joining the site, I do have to wonder though, are those numbers removing the spam accounts and such that have been inundating the site lately?
