Web Adaptor for Public Access to Portal not opening MapViewer, Dashboards, Experience Builder, StoryMaps

Question

Hello,

I am running Enterprise 11.2 where my Portal machine has 2 webadaptors. GISPORTAL for intranet only access configured with IWA + SSO, and GISWEB with Anon access.

I am experiencing a problem where the GISWEB webadaptor does not allow access the following:

* MapViewer - Just a blank screen
* Instant Apps - Error wont accept any title, and wont allow folder location to be selected
* StoryMaps - Blank Screen Error with f12 inspect saying something about CORS
* Dashboard - Invalid redirect_uri
* Experience Builder - Invalid redirect uri

EDIT: Of note, both webadaptors are on separate URLs.

Has anyone come across this before when attempting to utilize two web adaptors?

I am also experiencing where if something was published to GISPORTAL, I can not access it in the GISWEB webadaptor? (might be a second post)

Did you set WebContextURL and PrivatePortalURL before or after the federation for both ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS?

In the Integrate your portal with a reverse proxy or load balancer document, it is stated that it must have been done before federation.

Talking to ESRI tech support, they all but implied that having 2 Web Adaptors on the same Portal was the issue. Can that really be? They are assigned to separate IIS Websites. How are other organizations operating? One solo WA that allows access both on and off the intranet?

I have set the WebContextURL to be that of along with the PrivatePortalURL set to . I am not configuring a HA enterprise. Both of the webadaptors under IIS have their own webpage as well..
