How do we go about getting this set up? What are the compute resources and do you have a cloud formation template for AWS?
Documentation on getting started with ArcGIS Monitor will be coming soon to http://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/monitor/latest/get-started/what-is-arcgis-monitor.htm . For Amazon, we have an Amazon counter type that you can add for monitoring AWS instances.
