Dynamic label from single select in web designer

Question

I'm building a survey in web designer and for some reason I can't use the answer to a Single Select question for a Dynamic Label in a following question. I thought this was straightforward! Case is:

Record Type: Please choose:

- Facility

- Club

-Trail

Name:

What is the full name of this [trying to use previous question]

There is no ${Record_Type} option in the Dynamic Label dropdown. I've done this many times in connect but not in web designer where I thought it would be more simple.

What am I missing?! Thank you.

I'd just return to Connect. No reason you can't make a web based form there.

Honestly, I really wish they'd mothball the web interface and focus on the desktop app.

Hi Jessica. Thank you for your message but I don't think that's what I'm looking for. That's about Dynamic Lists, whereas I'm looking for Dynamic Labels. It really should be so simple and answers to other questions are showing as options, just not any from my Single Select questions.
