Attachment Viewer doesn´t work

I generated an Attachment Viewer as an Instant App with an Enterprise Account, but when you launch the app, is doesn´t show anything, it doesn´t load the map or anything. When I show the inspector I can see there are several errors. I am working with 10.9.1 version of Enterprise.
