Quickly creating surface types

Question

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to create or calculate the different surface types in a specific area without manually creating polygons? I'm using ArcGIS Pro 2.9.4 version and want to see if I can quickly create polygons  and calculate square footage at different properties

depending on the type of shape you need, regular patterns are easy
