Problem Connecting ArcGIS Survey123 IOS App with ArcGIS Enterprise Deployment

Hello Community,

i have a Problem connecting the ArcGIS Survey123 App(Version 3.15.146) IOS cell Phone with a self hosted ArcGIS Enterprise (10.9.1) Survey123 Website 3.11.00087.

If the user try to Connect to the Enterprise Deployment with the ArcGIS Survey123 App using his own ArcGIS Enterprise Credentials the following Error Message pops up: Host requieres authentification (204).

i found another Community Post but i am not sure wether it is the same problem.
