Provide GP Tool output to download on client side

Hello,

 

I am working on a GP tool I am hoping to host on portal that will take some inputs from the user and compile some datasets for them. I was hoping to package up all the outputs into a .zip and serve it back to the user as a download in the same session that the tool is run in. Is this possible? I am on Portal/Server 10.9.1.
