Manage Groups of layers to be ungrouped

Hi Team,

I've published many different layers as a map image. Each layer was published individually. In the web viewer, it displays in a group where the user will need to click twice to view the data. Can I manage these layers to just have one straightforward click without having two categories?

I found a solution as a workaround for the above question, which is to select (vector tile) in the properties before publishing the layer.
