Is it possible to follow another organizations AGOL

Question

Is it possible to follow another another organization within ArcGIS Online?

I know we can create groups to to share data across organizations, but I would like to make it easier to find public data from different organizations without having the data owner explicitly adding me to their data layers.

For example we can see our organization within catalog.  Could I add "Neigboring County A", "State" etc?

That would be kind of nice, to keep a sort of "favorite orgs" list for others you work with or reference often.

The nearest you can get to that is to go into your Favorites in the catalog and add an ArcGIS Server and add their REST URL.

It's nowhere near as nice as searching for things like in the Portal tab of the catalog, but it's a start. I'd definitely upvote the idea if you post it, though!
