Arc GIS Pro- image segmentation and classification

Question

Hello ,

I am learning image segmentation and classification.

I have several aerial images with same area but different period.

Now  I encounter some problems.

1.According to Classification Wizard , there have three parameters (Spectral Detail,Spatial Detail and Minimum segment size in pixels) can control imagery segment.
Are there any way to know the best parameters setting for  imagery segment ?

2.Can I use same train sample to classify another images (same area) ?
