Hi there,
I'm also having the same issue here. Any help would be appreciated ESRI.
Thanks
Tom
I will flag @JoshBeaton in case there is something wrong or missing with the instructions on that page
Thanks @DanPatterson . I have relayed this issue to the internal product teams. Looks the update may be causing this.
Thanks @JoshBeaton

Is this an issues related with my machine or ESRI? I can download ARCGIS pro 2.7 from my arcGIS online but the log in page does not show up and it looks like this.
I suspect something is wrong... on the upside... great screen background !
It seems a few people are experiencing this or similar login issues when using named user accounts. It's not just 2.7, we've struck it with 2.6 but think it's more to do with internal security settings and SAML/Azure AD https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/arcgis-pro-2-6-blank-sign-in/m-p/1009783/highlight/true#M35040
A few seem to be running into permission/IE trust issues:

If you can check with the product team whether there was a change to the login window code that would be useful.
Does not work.
Finally It is solved.
Download old one and update it. Thanks for everyone for their support.
