LULC Raster and Polygon Intersect and Calculate areas for each type of LULC

Hello All,

I have a LULC raster layer and parcel polygon layer for our project area. I wanted to know the area and area percentage of each type of LULC within each polygon. Is there a tool or script already out there for this kind of purpose? If not, can you please tell me how I can achieve this such as python scirpting or geoprocessing model?

You can use the Zonal Tools in Spatial Analyst for this type of analysis.  Specifically, Tabulate Area will calculate cross-tabulated areas between two datasets and outputs a table.
