Whenever I export a map layout to PDF for printing/sharing, my labels change. I have formatted them to my liking and locked movement of the labels. However, whenever I export no matter the file or settings I check, they always revert to a default.
Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if there is a workaround. See below for a before screenshot and the resulting pdf file.

I have experienced this too, when exporting to multiple formats (PDF, JPG, TIFF...). Doesn't happen all the time, so when it does it's a big time suck to adjust! Would love it if I could find out why this happens.

Does this problem have resolution now?
Having the same issue. Any resolution ESRI? It only happens on 1 out of 7 map series pages.
