Allow Predefined Filters to be reconfigured as a dropdown box

Currently Predefined Filters can only be viewed as a List Box. This gets very cumbersome if you have a filter with many values or a sheet with many filters on it. It would be much nicer if you could reconfigure Predefined Filters to allow the user to change the view to a dropdown/combo box.
