How do I flip text in layout?

When rotating text in layout view of ArcGIS Pro, the text goes upside down from 270-360 degrees, and from 90-180 rotation. How do I flip the text so that it is right-side up?

Has anyone worked out the rotate text issue?

I just figured out how to do multiline text, you have to hit shift+enter!
