Collector - Add a Camera button to the attribute form

We need a way to add the camera button down into the attribute form.  Field users are not remembering to go back to the top of the screen and take a picture after filling out all the attributes.  Our workaround has been to add a field called Photo Taken?  into the form to remind them to do that, but it would be much better if we could add that photo button into the form itself.
