Hello,

The chapter About accessing delimited text file data in ArcGIS Desktop Help contains a slightly wrong information:

Wording: "The first row of your text file can contain the column headings....."
This should be must.

The function only works if the first line contains headings OR if it is a blank line. But it won't work if it starts with data right away.
