Apply a Buffer around Data Driven Pages

Have the ability to apply a clear buffer around the GIS data in the Map, so that there is a space between the Map Data and the Map Border when making Data Driven Pages.

You should be able to do this by setting the Margin in the Extent tab; Size and Specify Using boxes.  I was able to change the percentage to my liking to get the desired "buffer".
