Copy joined field into attribute table

When a table is joined, you should be able to right click a column and copy the field into the attributes of the target layer.  I do not want to click add field, and calculate field to make a joined field permanent.

Good idea.  How about selecting multiple fields to permanantly join to the feature class.  That way I can get all the fields I want and none of the ones I don't.  Currently we have to export the whole feature class out to another and go back and delete all the excess fields.
