Table of Contents Section for Story Map-Journal

Allow publisher to add a table of contents section so users may be able to internally navigate through the journal "pages".

In my opinion a journal should in most cases have a table of contents digital or paper.

This currently isn't supported as a configuration option, but you might be interested in this blog that describes how to configure a map journal with a TOC/section links.
