Symbolizing Domains in ArcGIS Online

It would be great if you could symbolize a layer based upon the full spectrum of possible attributes in the domain prior to a feature with each particular attribute being created. For instance, if I were plotting restaurants by cost ($, $$, $$$, $$$$) and I wanted to symbolize by cost, it wouldn't allow me to symbolize all of the possible values in the domain, only the ones that already exist in the feature service.
