In Arcmap, as part of the publishing process, you can add a dymanic workspace :
In Pro, no such feature.
Having to go into the service definition after publishing, which is many extra steps, is not a solution or a workaround.
Putting a comment on this in hopes it gets some attention/traction. Publishing and managing services from Pro still doesn't compare to what we had with ArcMap.
